Our vision for Smorg was to create 21 collections (or ‘days’) of research. Our plan was to release a small data set each day, but it grew bigger and faster than we could imagine as we started adding additional data and tools. Many of the tools are worth the price of admission alone, with hundreds or even thousands of niche profiles and suggestions.

A bookshelf of 9,000 vintage books fresh in the public domain this year for you to grab, remix and republish. Plus themes and ideas from more than 170 of the most hotly anticipated books of 2026, and a massive vault of classic public domain quotes for your journals and planners.
In-depth tarot readings and astrology, plus a beautiful Magick encyclopedia packed with hundreds of detailed magickal niches to explore.
A gorgeous illustrated Faith Encyclopedia, a packed Scripture Vault and a comprehensive guide to Religious Holidays — all three covering every major world religion in-depth.
Enneagrams, 16 Personalities, an Identity Encyclopedia with hundreds of aspects from aesthetic to heritage, and an emotion wheel with more than 70 emotions analysed in-depth.

Each niche includes at least four things:
1. Hundreds of the top-selling KDP books in the niche. These are easy to browse, search and sort. Each book listing includes tons of additional data, like estimated sales, keyword suggestions and suggestions for improvement.
2. Etsy data (from day #3 onwards). Thousands of top-selling Etsy listings related to the niche featuring both printable/digital products and physical products, with estimated sales and all the extra content.
3. A detailed report. The reports include recent data and research from a variety of sources, curated to be helpful for creators. For most of them, we have also gathered extensive related conversations from Reddit and analysed them to extract helpful information and trends.
4. A niche catalogue. These browsable lists are gold! Each one includes hundreds of subniches with estimated Google search volumes. Each subniche is defined and comes with handy links to social and selling platforms for quick, deep research and each one has three quick original book suggestions to create.
Many niches also include dashboards with data from Gumroad and Pinterest too.
Then we started adding tools. Each one is a product in itself. All our encyclopedias and directories include thousands of detailed suggestions for original KDP books, Etsy products and social media content.
They also include stats like estimated Google search volume and trending up or down, so you can easily decide what is worth creating for.
Our goal for each tool is to be a fascinating and beautiful resource to browse and explore — but also packed with specific and actionable content and guidance for product, book and content creators.

In 2026, every book published in 1930 entered public domain in the US. We’ve got 9,000 of these fresh PD books for you, ready to download, republish as-is, or remix with AI.
